Financieel Economisch Medewerker Krediet- en Garantieregelingen Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) Functieomschrijving Een unieke kans om direct betrokken te zijn bij duurzame en innovatieve ontwikkelingen binnen het MKB. Dat is deze functie in een notendop. Jij beoordeelt financiële aanvragen en helpt bedrijven met het realiseren van hun groeiambities. Door jouw werk krijgen vernieuwende ondernemers de financiële steun die zij nodig hebben om hun plannen waar te maken. Door het verstrekken van leningen en borgstellingen ondersteun je ondernemers bij hun groei en nieuwe zakelijke ideeën. Je beoordeelt financiële aanvragen en zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven de juiste steun krijgen om hun plannen te realiseren. Je analyseert de financiële situatie van bedrijven door begrotingen en andere financiële documenten grondig te bekijken. Op basis daarvan bepaal je of RVO garant kan staan voor leningen of borgstellingen. Daarnaast geef je advies over de regelingen en denk je mee over verbeteringen in werkprocessen. Je hebt ook een belangrijke rol in het administratief beheer, zoals debiteurenbeheer en het opstellen van rapportages. Je werkt zelfstandig aan de regelingen die je krijgt toegewezen, maar overlegt ook egelmatig met je team om dossiers efficiënt af te handelen. Bovendien ben je het aanspreekpunt voor specifieke krediet- of garantieregelingen. Op maandag en donderdag werk je op kantoor, de rest van de week werk je vanuit huis. In hoofdlijnen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het: • Beoordelen van krediet- en garantieregelingen voor het MKB. • Analyseren van financiële rapportages, begrotingen en projectplannen. • Adviseren over regelingen en verbeteren van werkprocessen. • Beheren van administratieve taken, zoals debiteurenbeheer en rapportages. • Samenwerken met collega's om dossiers efficiënt af te handelen.

The Position: IFS Ultimo is in a phase of rapid international growth, requiring a proactive and analytical financial expert who can support and challenge the business. As Senior Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company’s financial health, partnering with business leaders, and optimizing financial processes. Your expertise will contribute directly to improving revenue management, cost control, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models to support long-term business growth and optimize financial performance. - Revenue Management & Forecasting: Analyze revenue streams, including SaaS subscription and consulting revenue models , ensuring financial predictability. - Advanced Budgeting & Reporting: Lead the planning cycle, deliver accurate monthly reports, and enhance financial transparency. - Process Improvement & Automation: Drive efficiency by implementing best practices in financial processes and leveraging tools like Power BI. - Business Partnering: Act as a trusted financial advisor to cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development. - M&A Integration: Support finance and integration efforts related to acquisitions. Job requirements: - A Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics. - 5-7 years of experience in financial control, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial modeling, KPI analysis, and forecasting. - Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems (experience with Certinia or Lucanet is a plus). - Skilled in analysing consultancy revenue, including project-based income and professional services billing. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving business improvements. - Experience in an international business setting.
