In our head office in Rotterdam we currently have a vacancy for:

Junior Business Controller (40 hours)

Your key responsibilities & tasks:
As our Junior Business Controller you will assist our Business Controller in various tasks, including but not limited to:
• Preparation of periodical and ad-hoc management reports, analysis and budgets;
• Accurate monitoring of the reporting of costs and revenue;
• Generating accurate financial documents to forecast various scenarios.

The Junior Business Controller will also submit subsidy/tax claims & mandatory statistics to governmental agencies, review our systems, improve data quality and implement improvements in our processes.

Together with our Business Controller you will ensure close working relationships with our Operations and Sales department, since you will assist in calculating (periodic) sales price revisions. You will report directly to the Finance Manager, Europe.

To apply as a Junior Business Controller, you’ll meet the following profile:
You are an individual who has a sense of urgency, as well as strong result and customer orientation. You are detailed and accurate by nature and able to work both independently and in a team.

• You are in possession of a relevant Finance degree (HBO level);
• Starter (0 - 1 year work experience);
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbally as well as in writing. Knowledge of the German language is strongly preferred;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
